Meet our new Clinical Nurse Supervisor, Elizabeth.

I received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in French/Chinese language/literature at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. Then received an Associate Degree Nursing at Northern Virginia Community College in Virginia. After a few years of working as a nurse in Med/Surge and skilled nursing facilities, I completed the accelerated track from RN to MSN with a Master of Science/ Nurse Practitioner at the George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Started my career in internal medicine and then specialty of gastroenterology starting in the state of Virginia. Moved to Minnesota to pursue a position at the University of Minnesota in the gastroenterology department. Since then, I have pursued clinical work in a variety of settings to include primary care in residential group homes, Methadone clinic, state mental hospital in Alexandria, MN and the VA Medical Center satellite clinics. More recently, then went to provide primary care in both long-term care and transitional care units, and finally provide primary care for complex geriatric patients in their home settings.

I enjoy getting to know each of my patients and listening to each story to identify each individual goal and health care need. As a practitioner, I find it an honor to get to foster their care and enrich their lives. When not working, I enjoy listening to music, healthy cooking, reading, and spending time with my husband and our dog, Legacy.

I’m excited to be part of Senior Class Community’s team!
