Tyler Wittwer
Chief Operating Officer
Tyler is a graduate of Pequot Lakes High School where he participated in Baseball and Basketball. After high school he went on to attend the University of Minnesota – Duluth where he earned a Bachelor of Accountancy. After college he moved back to the Pequot Lakes area where his family is and where he knew he’d call home. Tyler finds a true passion in getting to know each resident personally and providing them and their family members with the resources they need while navigating the different aspects of assisted living and memory care life.
Mindy Howard
Chief Executive Officer
Mindy is a graduate of Pequot Lakes High School where she participated in Basketball, Golf, and Cross Country running. After high school she went on to attend Bemidji State University to play basketball for a short time prior to transferring to Northern Arizona University. She grew up with healthcare in the family and has known since a young age that she wanted to help our geriatric population. She excels in making our residents feel like they have a purpose and allowing them to live a life that they are happy in.
Dodie Howe
Registered Nurse, MSN
Dodie has developed a desire for helping residents of assisted living and memory care facilities over a 10+ year career in the field. She has been a registered nurse since 2009 and received her Masters in Nursing Informatics in 2014. She has the innate ability to see changes in our residents conditions because she takes the time to get to know them beyond their clinical diagnosis. Dodie comes to work with the intention of assisting our residents in achieving their highest level of happiness and comfort, and she accomplishes this on a daily basis.
